B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

I love the auto features, and specifically the timer. there is a difference in the rice produced compared to previous rice cookers that I have had. if you eat rice at least 5 days a week then spend the extra money. minus one star for the ridiculous price that you have to pay for this quality.

We replaced our older Zojirushi 5 cup rice cooker for this larger 10 cup induction rice cooker. It has performed well, but has started to get loud and make louder than normal buzzing noises. It comes and goes randomly.

I grew up eating mashed potatoes with most meals. We never got into rice all that much but since I heard that rice might be healthier for us, I decided to add it to our meal plan. After some bad experiences with cooking rice in a pan on the stove, I decided to buy this cooker and give it a try. It’s AMAZING! Even before we sit down for a meal, I have to grab a bowl with a little soy sauce and enjoy it hot and fresh. It’s perfectly cooked. I always make extra, put it in the fridge and in the next day or two it’s ready to stir-fry. The controls looked complicated to me at first but since I figured out how easy it is, I volunteer to cook the rice for meals.
I also like that I can put in the rice and water, set the timer for when we want it to be ready to eat and it will automatically calculate when to start cooking. If for some reason we can’t eat at the time we planned, it will keep it hot and fresh for hours till we’re ready. It doesn’t get mushy.
I think we’ve had mashed potatoes only once or twice in the last couple of months since we got this cooker. No more peeling! We’re looking forward to branching out into variety like Spanish Rice, wild rice, rice pudding and hot cereal.
If you’re uncertain about the expense, I highly recommend making the investment. It’s worth it in terms of delicious tasting, perfectly textured rice as well as being so quick and easy to use.

I wanted to find a flaw so I could return it but there isn’t one. Hands down makes the best rice I’ve ever had. Like most of the sensible world we have been locked away during the pandemic. So, why not learn how to make our own rice, properly, and make a Curry or something? BAM! One buttery chicken Curry later with a great deal of help from our Zojirushi and we have a new family favorite. Easy to use, easy to clean, a bit expensive but we wanted the induction cooking this model provides. One thing to keep in mind, this bad boy is BIG. Not say Ninja Foodi Big, but it is large and in charge and will need some space on your counter.
