A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use Port Express to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Overall, this is a nice beer and wine refrigerator, and it fits very nicely under the countertop. I got this unit to keep my Belgian beers at the ideal 46* to 50* temperature, which is not as cold as what we would get in our main refrigerator/freezer (those beers get too cold in there!). It is also good for chilling my wife’s favorite white and rose/blush wines. Tall bottles are no problem, although the amount of space for them is limited in this ‘fridge. It works for what I bought it to do, but it is NOT a high-capacity refrigerator.
The one downside to this ‘fridge is that the temperature fluctuates by as much as 4* F. from the temperature that you have it set for. Also, whenever we have a power outage, I need to manually re-set the temperature display to read in *F (it seems to always default to *C). This is only a minor annoyance (to me), as it takes only a couple of seconds to adjust it back from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

Really great wine fridge that keeps temperature accurate, is energy efficient, and quiet. Only time I hear anything is when compressor turns on to cool but even that sound is quiet compared to other refrigeration devices I own. Also cools very quickly (so compressor not on that much). Storage-wise you can store around 14 Rhone bottles in holders, and 6 cab bottles in other two holders/bottom basket. Not a huge problem for me but wish the allowed 16 Rhone bottles on all three shelfs (not huge deal for me since I also drink cab, which comes in smaller size. Given that they only advertise unit to fit cab, I am pleased overall (probably why advertised this way)

I saw this wine fridge on the Wine Enthusiast web site….like the reviews there, but when I found it at Best Buy, opted to buy it here and get a 2 year protection contract to go with it. Besides, I know Best Buy….
This is a reasonably quiet fridge…it only holds larger bottles in the lower rack area, which is fine for me….great, especially for the price…

I bought this wine fridge a couple of months ago.It holds 28 bottles, with good capacity in the bottom shelf for Magnum bottles, or Big round Pinot bottles.It cools just fine, with the only downside being that it runs on a compressor, so it gurgles a little bit when it cycles on & off.

As many reviewers note, the temperature varies from the set temperature. My unit I have set for 55 degrees F. The readout varies from 53 to 57 degrees. I don’t know that that is a great problem. I keep white wine and beer in it and it seems to be fine for that. Red wine I prefer at room temperature. All in all, I am satisfied. If I had room and money for a larger and more expensive duel temperature unit, I would certainly have made the choice.

delivery was exceptional!!! easy to set up. keeps a good temp, fits the space we had for it and all is well. only disappointment is that is makes alot of noises: gurgles, hums and hoots like an owl at times. not loud but enough to hear it. it’s becoming background noise but for the price and that it fit where we wanted it, it’s great.
