A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use Port Express to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]
E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Overall, this is a pretty good product. The only complaint that I have with it is that I would prefer for the ice to be more finely shaved. It isn’t thick like the chunky snow cones that you get at concession stands. However, it wasn’t the snowy-like powder you get from an actual snow cone stand. It also took a little longer to shade the amount of ice needed to make a snow cone than I expected.

Almost did a 4 star review but you get what you pay for. Its fun, easy, but due to it holding the ice inside of the unit you gotta clean up quite a bit of water. We don’t use the items it came with. We use our own cups. Its loud! This unit makes finer ice then the other cheaper nostalgia models. Last nostalgia unit had one blade and the gap between the blade and plastic makes all the difference in size of finer or chunkier ice. I read this unit was slow…actually i think its great! This unit has 3 blades instead of one. Its super easy to use. Also a plus is the fact it comes apart super easy to put it up when not in use or to clean-dry it.
