B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Returns

Came with the full blender intact and with the 2 pints, which was convenient for the price. You’ll need to print out any instruction booklets that you’ll need for the Creami, though.

The paddle would not stay on and when I finally did get it to stay on long enough to start a cycle it came off midway through the process. I had to fight to remove the container and give up on making my ice cream. I called Ninja customer service and they wanted to charge me for shipping to send a replacement base. Save the frustration and pay a little more for a new item. Apparently the bases lose magnetism and the only option is to get a new base. I’m hoping that I can actually make some ice cream finally now that I got the replacement.
