A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use Port Express to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

I purchased this product on July 1st. It was delivered 2 weeks after and after having it only a week I realized it wasn’t working properly. There are 2 temperature gauges and the top one is not working. Its is stuck at 50 degrees. The whole reason I purchased this was to keep both my red and white wines in the same cooler. I called Best Buy and they didn’t care that it wasn’t working and told me there is nothing they can do. The manufacturer is being rude and will not help me unless I unload the entire cooler, move my fridge out and give them a serial number. Now I have to hire someone to come move it so I can get them to come fix a brand new piece if equipment. I am 100 percent dissatisfied with the product, Best Buy, and NewAir. If you waste your money getting this make sure you waste more by purchasing the product warranty.

Upon product delivery, dual zone feature and control board read-outs did not work accurately. Called manufacturer who was pleasant in discussing the issues. They recommended I exchange product for new one. Best Buy was very accommodating in making this happen. Unfortunately the same problems existed with the replacement. Like the size and looks of the unit, and it generally operates within an acceptable chill zone based on digital thermometers I placed inside, so plan to just keep it and live with the flaws.

I have set the top half to be 53, it does not get any lower than 58. It has been a week with wine inside AND this fridge is on an inside wall. So, can not say this adequately can set the temp. The bottom half is set at 50 and it is 50 degrees.

distance between shelves is for bordeaux style bottles…any burgundian Pinot’s, Chardonnay bottles make it really hard to use all the shelves…maybe half the advertised amount.

Doesn’t fit as many bottles as featured.10-11 per shelf depending on the bottles.shelf’s are too close to each other again depending on the bottles will be hard to slide open.
Temperature on the red never reaches 50F stays at 53F.
In general is good and quiet.

Nice fit. Champagne bottles are slightly wider so wine and champagne bottles are tighter.
