A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

Purchased this on 5/21/23 at my local Best Buy. On 11/24/23 Keurig just processed my 3rd replacement unit due to failures. Absolute joke of a coffe maker. At over $200, this thing should last YEARS.

Bought this a day before Christmas for my wife and it hasn’t even been 30 days and the machine already went out did some research a lot of people have had issues with this model already even older models I’m hearing people replaced this 3 times already thank god it’s under warranty but for $289 I expect longer usage so I’m preparing to replace it again in the next month or so please get it together keurig.

The features don’t match the performance. 2 failed units within 60 days. Won’t recognize pods, insert a new pod it won’t brew telling you the pod is used. Using the app, it over dispenses the amount of water requested. Over engineered and under performer. Not worth the $$$

Makes good coffee we really like it. Perfect for us because we only make one cup at a time. It works fine without the internet but if you want the convenience of it recognizing your coffee pod and it using automatic settings you need to connect to the internet and you phone app. We had problems doing that and finally got it connected by not following the instructions. Hope you have better luck.

I’ve had this coffee majee for a few months, and we love it. The smart brew and cold brew features work well. Makes coffee quickly with minimal preheat time needed. Another great fearure is the ability to move the water reservoir location to the rear of the machine for a thinner profile.

This is our 4th Keurig and second Plus over the last 15+ years, we like the design, but it falls a little short on what we thought was a top-of-the-line brewer! There have been a couple of hiccups in the operation where the brew started and then stopped after just a couple of seconds and we had to restart using the same pod. Other times the system didn’t recognize a pod was there?? But over-all it makes great coffee!!

Got one for christmas in 2023. My 3rd one just quit working. Gets an error code and wont function. No way to fix it. Ive always used a filter, the correct water, and cleaned according to manufacturer’s instructions, even though it never actually notified me to clean it. The first one I had for 6 mos and i drink about 5 cups a day. It should’ve told me to descale at least once. These are junk!
