Returns

Returns

Love Keurig makers. This is my second one. However something happened to it just two weeks out of the box, it stopped brewing and no water would flow. We didn’t buy the extended Best Buy warranty and they wouldn’t take it back after 14 days.
But never fear! Keurig honored thier warranty! We had a new unit in 8 days.

This model fails after 8-12 months! We bought this model to replace an older Keurig coffee maker that failed after about 8 years of use, averaging 2-3 cups per day. While this model is easier to refill the water jug, and has more adjustments for temp and strength, the first one failed after only 8 months. Keurig replaced it with a new one (same model), which has now failed again after 12 months, but with less usage per day. After looking at reviews on-line, I found lots of complaints of failures in the same way as ours both failed. So there is obviously a design flaw in the pump/heater section of the newer models.
While I may purchase a replacement K-Elite model which appears to be of the older design, I will NOT buy another Keurig K-Supreme model, as they are unreliable!
I would NOT recommend this model.

It took me a some attempts before I was able to figure out that my previous maker water output was different and I needed less water to achieve the taste I wanted in the new one. I’m pleased with this new Keurig, however the price, not so much!

As far as brewing coffee goes, this machine works well, especially with the ability to adjust the strength of the coffee and the temperature. I find standard brews using K-cups to be a bit weak, but the ability to change the strength of the brew certainly makes a difference. Overall, this is a very well built machine, but my issue is with the poor quality pumps Keurig seems to now use across its entire line. This is a fairly expensive machine, and the pump died after only 16 months of daily use by me and my wife. It literally burned up, smoke and all. The original Keurig that we purchased around 20 years ago is probably still going, as we gave it away when we purchased a previous Keurig machine which also succumbed to a failed pump after a bit more than a year. I guess I should have stuck with the old, basic model. With two bad experiences, and noting others having a similar experience with other Keurig models, I purchased another brand for a replacement.

Started off great, now not so much. I have to unplug this several times when I want to use my “favorite” setting. Sometimes it doesn’t register that I’m pressing buttons and it defaults to what it wants to do. Pods have exploded and it’s made half cups of coffee on several occasions. I didn’t realize the maker needed water once when making coffee as it didn’t tell me that it did. It also didn’t let me know that I didn’t put enough water in it to complete the cup, so a mess ensued.

The additional pricks are worth it! My husband and I drink different types, sizes, strength, temperature and flavors of coffees and teas. This is fantastic! With two people drinking brews that are opposite of one another we are each happy. Both hot and iced coffee and teas come out great because you can personalize them. Easy to keep clean too. Simple to fill. We have used both K-cups and the reusable filter for freshly ground & preground coffees too. Around the holidays I’ll even grab hot cider & hot chocolate for guests. We have had so many coffee makers including expresso machines & even a Nespresso over the years; there is always something we have to compromise. If I wasnit picking I will share you need to remove the bottom piece the coffee/tea cup sits on for my Yeti (uh it easily slides right out & back in so it’s not an issue). The additional pricks in the K-Cups and holes in the reusable filter makes a big difference (the adjustable strength & temperature plus size options adds to that feature). The over ice feature is excellent too. I anticipated having to brew coffee hot over ice to get flavor but this does all the work for you! It truly checks all the boxes! We ended up paying full price & it was worth every cent. Zero complaints & that says it all!

However, it needed white vinegar cleaning after 2 months, then the thing finally stopped pumping water into the k cups shortly after. Normally ive had them last 2 yrs or more. Ill try another one out but always get the darn warranty.

This coffee maker worked well for about 5 months. Suddenly it started having issues where the lid would not close properly. It will not brew properly any longer because the lid will not close completely. You can see in the photo where the black part of the lid is up. It should be flush with the silver handle.

I bought this coffee maker twice, the first one I returned short of three months and the. Second one just stop working short of a year. I called and spoke to Keurig to no avail.
