Returns

So far so good. I like the slim model and the fact that you can FINALLY choose to fill your cup a lot more and not waste the K cups when you can still fill up more. I like the option buttons too. I didn’t notice the bottom button that says descaler when I was looking at it. Hopefully this model will last longer than 38 days when I bought the black model with the silver trim. I will update Im sure.

I purchased one of these for my father for Christmas and loved it so much that I had to come back and buy anither one. The strong brew button is my main reason for buying it. I like my coffee strong but others in the house prefer a more medium roast taste. With this little button we can all gave the coffee we want without buying multiple brands and types of coffee pods.
Also, I highly recommend the Keurig brand. There is a major difference in quality over other K-cup style brewers.

Very plastic but works. Water cover comes sll the way off and you have to kerp it full of water. It can do two cups and water will still be in it but you still have to refill it before use again. Dont know how long it will last. Was hoing to put one in out lab but it would never last i think.

Have not had issues mentioned in other reviews about heat level. Gets hot enough for me. Cooling coffee works as expected. The Universal K-Cup Pod sits awkwardly in the unit and may cause issues with different cup sizes, since liquid seems to go more towards the back.

Worst coffee machine. Overhyped Brand, even a simple 15$ Mr.Coffee brews better coffee than this machine. The strong brew does zero difference. Ice mode only pours water and less coffee. Terrible Machine, Worst part is 15 day warranty in Bestbuy when Amazon and all of others give more than 30 days.

This was a replacement for the 2.0 that we had for years. Materials do not seem to be at the same quality level however the big pull was the ability to make iced beverages. Also like the 12 oz option but the smaller reservoir can make refills somewhat tedious. Enjoying it for now but “when” it breaks I will be shopping for an alternative.
