D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

The carafe dribbled a lot when I tried pouring a cup. I tried pouring slower, but it was still making a mess. I contacted Keurig directly and they sent me a new one with no hassle. It works fine.

It brews well, both k-cup and carafe. The only reason I give it a three rating is because the carafe leaks from the spout tip, especially if you are pouring from a full carafe. It appears to be a pour design on the spout which seems to small for a carafe of its size.
I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that one big flaw.

We’ve had this coffeemaker a little over a year now. We loved it until it started having random issues. We’ve been using vinegar and water to descale…I finally bought Keurig’s descaling liquid thinking maybe that would help. I just realized the directions on the descaler and their Manuel make no sense….The descaler is over $9 a bottle and it’s recommended you use it every 3 months. I’m thinking for this machine we would atleast need 2 bottles of this every 3 months. Frustrating!

This is the second Keurig Duo I have purchased. We have one in a vacation/rental home and one in our primary home. I love this coffee maker. I brew a pot of coffee for my husband and me in the morning and use pods during the day when I just want a quick cup of coffee or tea. Both options are fast and easy. The unit is also compact, fitting well on our counter and looking sleek too! I picked up the pod drawer which fits perfectly under the unit and keeps everything in one place.

Do not get. The carafe leaks after a few weeks of use. Keurig sent me two replacements, same thing. Multiple other reports on Keurig website of same thing. Seems to be a huge defect. Also, cannot brew strong on the pot, only individual servings. Which, I brew the pot daily and prefer strong coffee. So, if you don’t want to be cleaning up spilled coffee on the counter everytime you pour a c up, do not get.

Silver looks great in kitchen w/stainless appliances. We have used a different brand of duo style coffee maker before but the Keurig has a filter watered reservoir in the back-love. It is easy to use and brews quickly.

Bought coffee maker made a pot of coffee and it tasted wounderful. Next morning went to make a pot of coffee and it wouldn’t turn on. No power. Sent it back to get another one. Received it February 27 then on March 21 went to make a pot of coffee and lo & behold NO POWER again. Sent some pics in to Keurig to send a replacement. Then they told me that there is no warranty on this coffee. I wish I never purchased this coffee maker

Only complaint is that longer fingernails make it more difficult to flip open the lid on the pot.
