B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Returns

Annoyingly, this coffee maker stopped working after only a 1 year and 3 months.. Since 3 months past warranty, Keurig won’t replace item and offered a 25% discount towards a new one. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this purchase as coffee makers in the past have lasted 5-10 years. On top of this issue, we mainly used k-cups side, which made an ok cup of coffee, but I never felt that the carafe brewed a very good cup of coffee. It also cannot use a gold filter so that’s yet another annoyance, you need to use paper filters which I think changes the coffee taste. Overall very disappointed!

This Keurig- k-duo 12 cup coffee maker doesn’t make a full pot. I’ve set it for 12 cups came back a few minutes later and it’s shut off after only making 2cups I’ve descaled it but same results. The single cup works well.
