B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use Port Express to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]
E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upgraded Keurig after the old one went out. This K Cafe appears more robust and better designed with more options than the older one. I only use it for coffee but the wife makes latte’s and such with the frother and she loves it. As far as performance it works perfect every time dialing up the exact strength of your brew.

This is a nice single-cup brewer, and the frother is a fun addition. My only problem with it is that Keurig now has 5 prongs to pierce the K-Cups, and it seems to allow more grounds to get into my cup. The wi-fi options for the Keurig app is a nice addition to the brand.

Looked for a while for a coffee maker and landed on this one. I think it’s a good deal for the price. Most coffee makers nowadays are either cheap plastic or very expensive ($500+). It’s easy to set up and looks good in the kitchen. The WiFi features are nice to have and the app has good recipes if you want to try something different. Otherwise it’s pretty straightforward to use.

I wanted to love this item but it became a hassle to operate. After the third use, the frother stopped functioning. I had to unplug/plug the machine to get it to work. The rest of the machine worked fine but the frother needs to be redesigned as it only holds a certain amount of milk/creamer (too little for me). Additionally, the frother is also a PITI to clean as the bottom of it can not get wet. Returned and went back to my original Keurig model (Keurig K-Cafe Single Serve K-Cup Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino Maker).

Bought this for my fiancee to replace her old Keurig and this one is by far way better. There are lots of functions and the app is a great new addition. She really likes the frother and ability to set the Keurig to brew at a specific time, just make sure to actually put a mug under it so you don’t wake up to coffee in the catch tray like she did. Got this on Black Friday in July, so great deal.

This is a lemon and i see i missed the return window. I have owned keurigs for >20 years and this is the first time we’ve had issues: from not detecting the water to errors half way through brewing to not recognizing the pod. I could go on, do not buy this product. They haven’t worked out the technology yet I guess. This review is much cleaner than what my husband is yelling at me to write.

I was excited when I purchased the Keurig K-Cafe Smart Single Serve Coffee Maker with additional Keurig products and accessories but when I got it home, I followed the instructions given but it took forever as the app would not connect to the coffee make. I had to reset it at least 5 times. Then, the BrewID would not recognize any of the Keurig pods I had just purchased. I went through three of them trying to get the BrewID to recognize them but it wouldn’t. I wasted product. One of them even spilled out all over and took forever to clean all the nook and crannies. I then tried an off brand pod and it recognized it for some reason! Ugh. All this while it kept dropping connection and I had to repeatedly log-in while ruining and switching out pods trying to get it to work. It was so frustrating. It took hours to realize it was just stupid and would not work as expected. I was really disappointed and will never buy another Keurig product again. BrewID is stupid and there is no way to bypass it to just make a cup of coffee. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and maybe use my phone to make it while in bed. Keurig sucks. That was torture. Now I have all these extra accessories I can’t return. Great.
