A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Returns

This is a nice little 5 cup coffeemaker. One thing a coffeemaker must do to please me is make good, piping hot pot of coffee and this HB coffeemaker does the job well. It is programmable but I have not used that feature. If I could change anything about this coffeemaker, I would put a heavier handle on the carafe with no seam at the top.

The filter tray is too shallow so the filter folds over when you close the tray and the water end up over the side which makes the pause and pour not work and coffee ends up all over the counter. Only solution is to cut the filters with scissors. The area to pour water in is also super shallow causing spills. I would not but one again!!!

This coffee pot arrived with a broken base. I returned it for exchange 6 weeks ago and still have not received a new one. I’ve called Best Buy several times and they say someone will contact me in 3 days. No one will contact me, issue me a refund or replacement as requested. Poor product and poor customer service!!
