A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use Port Express to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Holy buckets. The first time I turned this on the whole thing turned. Lots of torque. Juices really well. And as long as you clean it in a timely fashion cleaning is not a problem. The bag in the pulp storage is a great way to save a little cleaning. I make a few bottles so I can have it for 2-3 days and that makes it even better so I don’t have to clean it every day.

I bought this juicer on April 16th, 2020. It would juice okay but would still leave some juice in the leftover pulp. However 2 days ago the juicer stopped working, the motor gave out I believe, and started smelling like smoke. I’ve only used the juicer a handful of times since its purchase (probably 1-2 a month) so I’m extremely disappointed. If you plan on using this more than 15 times a year, I don’t recommend it, the motor will give out.

I have own this product for over a week now, I couldn’t agree less about the product description. Initially, there was leak of juice when the motor was switched on but later I figured out that assembling the product wasn’t made right. I reassembled it and leak got greatly reduced. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for cheap and best juice extractor.

Great juicer and a great price. I had this exact same juicer for years my son took it lol So I decided to get a new one seen it online and got it….: and they made it even better The clips to hold the cover on use to be plastic now they are metal!! It got a wide top so it holds a lot and things don’t need to be cut up. Plus it comes with a brush to clean it which was what made me buy the last one! I love this juicer!!

Juicer is very good at separating the juice from the pulp. I was able to put whole apples in juicer and it was no problem. Clean up was fast and easy and if you use a bag in the pulp container clean up is even easier. I would definitely recommend.
