A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use Port Express to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]
E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

This is a decent hand mixer/blender/processor combo tool. Its not going to wow you with its power. It will, however, get the job done when you need a quick mix or a rough chop. You couldn’t run your entire kitchen off this device, but it is a solid addition. Storage when not in use can be pretty clumsy though.

When looking to buy an immersion/hand blender I read a ton of reviews, almost bought a couple others before this. What ultimately decided for me was looking at comparisons, I can’t speak for other models but reviews mentioned that this hand blender did as good a job as most unless we want more speeds and the top of the line. I’ve used the mini food processing feature far more than I thought I would and have used the main blender to make creamier meal bases. Also if you hate chopping onions and they make you cry, the mini food processing feature was made for you and me!

Great value for the blender plus all the attachments. I especially like the chopper, as you can chop quickly for larger pieces, longer for smaller pieces, or more to even puree’. Whisker works well to make Keto ice cream in a mason jar! And it’s great for soups too. Only drawback was that it is a little heavy for me, because I have arthritis in my wrists, but you can adjust by holding it differently. I have read reviews on many other brands and this is a common complaint on most of them. I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be as powerful as I wanted, but it is just fine. For the money, I don’t think you can ‘beat’ it!

This item works very well especially for the price. But be super careful when washing because the blades are extremely sharp. When I was washing the food processor blade I accidentally cut my tendon in my thumb. So here I am typing freshly out of surgery in hopes it doesn’t happen to anyone else. They v so special gloves you can use to wash sharp objects

I ordered this stick blender and I received an electric kettle ok no problem mistakes happen but when im told I’ll have to drive 80 miles round trip to return the item or drive to ups and drop it off in order to get the correct item or my money back is not OK! I didn’t make the mistake, a Best Buy employee did. If I had made the mistake I certainly would have taken responsibility for it. Amazon doesn’t do this, I’m going to stick with them from now on. The only reason i purchase from BB is to use my rewards from my credit card. I don’t drive thats the whole reason for ordering online.

I like my chopper but the blade is not as strong. I needed to “unstuck” with a spoon when chopping some chicken breast. Also, the cover/lid is little tricky to open and close I felt.

I have purchased this item and received a damaged box with broken pieces. Went to store for the replacement and they sent me another broken item for another time and the same item issue happened for the 3rd time when I chose to pick up from store. So do not order it, probably, they are out of stock for a bran new one!!! ( state VA)
