Returns

I got the Open Box Excellent condition (they advertised it to be in its original packaging with all original accessories) but mine was in some small white box and is missing a lot of the accessories. I was on a time crunch as I was flying out of the country same day and would not be back till August — so only realized the package was in fact missing some stuff after I got back home. Went back to store and asked for help, but even the staff was confused and they couldn’t really do anything as no other open-box items was available. In the end I just sucked it up — don’t really mind the missing accessories, but wish they didn’t advertise it as having all original accessories in original packaging if it wasn’t.

Overall it’s great. Despite my first failed attempts of taking 360 degree video with lens protector on one side still on, I have taken amazing travel photos and videos. I didn’t have any invisible stick, somehow it wasn’t readily available at the store, the lens protector fell off and got lost, I wish it had some sort of leash or wire that kept it from getting lost. Kind of hard to protect and carry around I could use a small backpack that carries my go pro safely with its stick. The provided lens protector glass quickly became scratched.
