D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

F. Cancellations

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

The stick itself with compact folding sections and tripod base was a good start but the design for attaching your GoPro itself is terrible. It requires the snap-in base inserts, which are bulky and a pain to remove & install. Makes no sense at all. Why not use a streamlined, thumbscrew mount like on every other highly rated stick? And to put the snap-mount on a proprietary ball so it can’t be easily swapped, very disappointing.

The tripod had visible fingerprints and appeared to have been used several times. This is far from the “Excellent” condition advertised, and there was no protective bubble wrap either.
