Returns

The Dyson hair dryer works great. I bought the other Dyson with multiple attachments for my daughters. They love it. The diffuser is nice for the kid with curly hair. I like the cool button as well as the no heat function. I ended up buying this second Dyson for myself since I have shorter hair and this comes with the only attachment that I use anyway so no need to spend more money for extra attachments that we already have. I never thought I would spend this much on not one but two hairdryers. I’ve had the original one for 6 months. This black one is the exact same as my purple one. If you don’t need all the attachments, then this is the better one to buy as it comes with the styling tool attachment but costs less.

My hair dryer shorted out the first week I bought it. The cord had a short in it which I fixed by folding the cord and taping it together. I tried customer service and repair shop but they said they could not help because the warranty expired. Over priced, useless garbage from a company that doesn’t support its products. This is my second Dyson hair dryer. I gave my other one to my daughter which is more than 5 years old and still working. I love their hair dryers. Only thing is it’s expensive even if it goes on sale. I wish too the piece of square plastic is not part of the cord as it makes the cord heavier.

I like the dryer, it is quiet and seems to dry quicker than a regular dryer. I do have to be careful to not let my hair blow all over while drying otherwise I get knots in my hair, so I use a brush or my fingers to keep it smoothed down.
