Returns

Work fast, but the coffee that comes for it is very weak and I would have preferred it to be stronger. I thought it could make larger ounce coffee and it only makes up to 7.7 ounces. She takes up quite a bit of space. If I had known all these details before buying it, I would not have bought it.

This purchase did not disappoint! I love this particular model bc of the automatic feature to open and lock with just a gentle tap. The Aerocino is a bonus as it makes the perfect froth to top off a cup of deliciousness! There are so many flavors to choose from. I can’t wait to try more flavors.
I’ve heard some complain about the cost of the sleeves but if you think about it… there’s 10 pods per sleeve, depending on what you buy, it’s about $1.50 per pod, that’s per cup!! Stop wasting your money at those expensive coffee shops. Create you very own coffee treat at home!
If you’re thinking about buying this, do it! It’s a great investment and you won’t regret it. You will love it!!

I purchased the Nespresso Vertuo Plus Deluxe specifically because it was advertised to do the “new 14oz alto coffee” size. Well, I finally got the machine, hooked it up and lo and behold it does NOT work with those pods–it doesn’t work with ANY alto pod– only does a 7 oz. coffee. Total bait and switch, and now I’m stuck with basically a useless machine that doesn’t make what I bought it for. You guys should reimburse every consumer who bought one of these for false advertising~

I have been using this for a month or so and this is a great espresso maker. Coffee tastes so much better when I make it using the machine. I usually have a couple espressos or coffees from this machine and then a cup or two from my k-cup machine. The difference is night and day. The coffee from the k-cup tastes watery. This machine seems a little pricy, but compared to other espresso machines this one is on the less expensive side and does just as well, imo.

I had a couple different Nespresso pods at my friend’s house a while back and it was great, but I never got my own. After doing some research, I decided to go with a Vertuo machine and ultimately with the Vertuo Plus. The Plus is easy to set up and use, although the water tank had an air lock that took several attempts to clear. Easy/quick to set-up, easy to use, makes a great cup of coffee AND, their pod recycling programme is incredible!

This was my first Nespresso machine after a year it just broke down. To clumsy take and it takes to much space. It over water the coffee or espresso. Not my favorite. I was able to return it as I had warranty and ended up getting a pricey and much more sleeker and sexier model from Nespresso where you actually can taste the coffee.
