A. SHIPPING COSTS
Free Shipping All Orders.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use Port Express to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]
E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

It’s a good starter for what it is, the frothing wand does a decent job, you can remove the clunky part and just use the narrow piece under it. I’ve had it for about a month, already thinking of upgrading.

Run! First of all, I bought this brand new from Best Buy and they sent me a used/damaged product. I double checked that I didn’t order this as an “open box” item, and I didn’t!
Second, I’ve had this literally 3 days. The trays are hard to get in ports filter, I gave myself a blood blister from being pinched trying to get the tray in. Today, the machine stopped working. I haven’t don’t anything different. Filled the espresso, turned it on, waited for the green light, water is full but not above the max, and when I turn the knob to release the espresso I get nothing. I took the portafilter off to see what’s going on and there, water so no blockage. I tried refilling the tray, same problem. I’m very annoyed and will probably be taking this back

I’ve only had it about a month, but so far so good. The espresso is good tasting and has good crema. The frothing/steaming wand has 2 settings, hot water and cappicino. I used the cappicino setting and it gave me way too much foam. So, I switched to the hot water setting and I was able to control the foam better. I like the storage space, under the lid, for the coffee containers. It also has a small footprint for my counter.

Excellent home espresso. Recommend finding your favorite roast of coffee and grind it to the appropriate grain size.
The water pump is powerful enough to extract through a medium grind, but too fine and you may force it a bit.
Overall a good purchase for a creamy daily coffee.

very good expresso, that i’ve been missing since my old DeLonghi failed – it was a big one, this size is so nice.
– trouble started after a week, and have to be pretty intense about clearing the cups (1, 2, pod) tiny holes; the water could not pass through, and blew the handle etc off – what a mess to clean up. if you take care of it, delicious and very satisfactory authentic and strong cappuccino, mocha, what your fancy.

This machine is messy, doesnt stop so there is no exxpresso measurement. The expresso tins dont fit well. The steamer sucks doesnt move right. I have had numerous expresso machine and this one is my least favorite by a long shot. If it wasnt too hard to return i would.

My old espresso machine was turning into a pressure bomb so I finally broke down and bought a new one. I was interested in an all-in-one press, drip, and grinder, but that was out of stock in-store and I bought this instead to get by. Honestly, it does everything I need and I’m super happy. I especially like the removable mesh in the bottom of the cups. It’s also $800-900 cheaper than the all-in-one.

Makes great espressos, lattes & cappuccinos. Problem is the durability of the machine itself. Be careful when using portafilter. If you over turn or over tighten the portafilter, it can break the inside plastic basket. I unfortunately tightened it too much & now it leaks & saw some pieces of black plastic come out the spout. I would recommend this machine but be careful & delicate when twisting the portafilter on. Also steam wand can be tricky. Be patient & learn the techniques. I swivel & lean to the side to achieve great froth every time.

Got this to replace the same model of the machine my girlfriend had after the one she’d had for years finally died. At first, after just a few uses, it was dispensing very light and watery espresso. We realized we have to clean not just the basket and handle part, but also the outlet very regularly to ensure it’s not too watery. Even after cleaning, sometimes it’s thinner and weaker than her last machine. Unfortunately we’ve never gotten it to match the performance of her previous version.
