A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

F. Cancellations

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

I love this coffee maker! I love not having to grind beans everyday. I love being able to bring the carafe to the bedroom.
I had a Cuisinart Thermal coffee maker years ago but it was difficult to seat the lid properly and I’d wake up to coffee and grounds all over. Hasn’t happened with this newer model.

NOT the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned! The brewed coffee product is mediocre at best, and the last few cups of the pot contains too much silt to drink with any pleasure. Clean-up of the bean grinder must be done with every pot because steam gets into it and gums up the works.

Great coffee pot. I love that I can put the beans In and set the timer and the coffee is ready and hot when I am ready to drink it.
On the not so great side the grinder is loud, but you can peregrine if you are looking ot make a pot to leave early and do not wish to wake anyone. Also, the thing seems to need/demand a cleaning cycle every 3-5 pots worth of coffee. The cleaning cycle they recommend is to run about a pint of white vinegar through it, which is fine, but seems excessive.

Very reliable product. Must clean and dry bean hopper after every use, but quick and easy to do. Unit itself stays cleaner than my old one (which still works). Thermal carafe much better than old one. Coffee stays warm for hours. Grind and brew is definitely the way to go.

Very good coffee maker, not perfect, but also not terribly expensive. My biggest complaint is that the grinder runs a lot longer than it needs to creating unnecessary noise in the AM. Second complaint would be the need to clean the grinder parts as well as the basket & filter, but that’s a tradeoff I’m ok with for the freshly ground goodness. Otherwise a very easy to use interface, brews at a good temp and fairly quick, and the thermal carafe holds heat well.

It brews a good cup of coffee and keeps it warm for a long time. We had a similar model for years and thought this one was the same. The old one had a hopper for beans and it ground beans based on how many cups you set. You put in the amount of water needed for the number of cups set. This one makes you put in the amount of beans for the cup of water you pour in. Because of the steam, you have to wash the bean hopper and cover every time you use it, making it less user friendly. But, as noted, it brews a good cup of coffee.

Several features of this machine we love. Love the timers, the thermal carafe is exceptional BUT the grinding feature is a total waste. The moisture and humidity in the coffee bean compartment make it a complete mess. It’s so bad that after the 3rd we used it and cleaned it up, we haven’t used it again. So we use ground coffee or grind in another device to not have to mess with the mess
