B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use Port Express to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]
E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Purchased this to make waffles for our family but wound up returning it.
Pros: Heavy duty, easy to clean
large waffles (really more like 2 at once rather than 1)
Deep waffles
Cons: Large, takes up quite a bit of space even though it can store upright
HOT! tends to burn or almost burn the bottom of the waffle while the top isn’t nearly as done (this is why we wound up returning it). Cooks the bottom before you can get it all spread out.

Out of the box it worked great. Heated up quickly. As the instructions say, throw out the first batch, but after that you’ll great browned tastie waffles! No temperature settings or indicator to say when the waffles are done, so keep a close eye on them. I used a timer based on my waffle mix instructions and it worked great!

Making waffles with this machine is amazing. We double the recipe and it still only takes a quarter of the time compared to our previous machine! Waffles come out consistent and perfect! We use it weekly for family brunch on the weekends and the left overs heat up nicely in our toaster. The only downside is cleaning it. It’s quite tedious. Inspite of the cleaning it’s still totally worth the time saved. Can’t believe we waited so long to buy it.
