A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

This is a Great coffemaker! Makes Great coffee and also even if I make only half of a pot, it still taste Great. What ever amount of water you pour in, the exact amount of coffee will be made. Not so with some other coffeemakers. Has some good features. Can’t wait to try the ice coffee.

Power died in 1 week. Returned to store. ALso MAJOR issue for me is that it did not brew K Cup Chai Latte at all despite saying they are Kcup compatible. Only water shot thru cup. On my old Keurig the k cups work fine. Loved dual water resevoir and coffee was hot but my k cups horrible.

My husband bought this coffee maker for us. I hate it!!!! If you want strong coffee, this isn’t the maker for you. You can’t fill the coffee filter over 1/3 with coffee or you have coffee grinds all in your pot. So this means you either have weak coffee like looks like tea or chewy coffee.

I am pretty rough on coffee pots, working from home means the pot is going constantly. I had another brand that was ok but started leaking so I decided to purchase this one. It has seperate tanks for the pods and carafe. So far it is working well and i have no complaints. I have other Cuisinart products and they have all been a good purchase.
