Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I was excited about the capabilities of this machine but was disappointed before even sampling what it could do. Upon set up according to the manual, I attempted to start my first brew and received an “add H2O” message. After adding more H2O, I received the same message. After filling the reservoir completely, same message. Then an error message appeared that locked up the machine. There is no troubleshooting in the manual, app, or website. After speaking to 3 different people in customer service, not one knew anything about the coffee maker. I have no confidence that this machine is carefully engineered and tested and 100% certain that if something goes wrong a year from now that it will be easy to address. Save your money. I will be returning it.

This is a great machine. I never realized how much influence a drip coffee maker can have on the taste of the coffee. We had our previous machine for about 3 years now. Nothing wrong with it, still worked great. But, decided it was time for an upgrade.
The difference in taste is quite incredible. This machine makes an amazing tasting coffee. I was worried about the carafe not having a hot plate to keep the coffee warm, but the fact the carafe is insulated works perfectly. Coffee stays piping hot for 2 hours, after that it starts to cool.
Highly recommend this machine, it looks really premium, and is a quality product.

Very nice coffee pot. Looks nice really nice but more importantly makes great coffee. Combined with freshly ground beans, you will have some great coffee. If your not used to how coffee should be it may seem strong at first. But trial and error you will find you balance. The machine is temp controlled and you can change it to what you like. I always leave it on gold and it comes out great every time. And the coffee pot is all stainless and sealed and will keep the coffee hot and fresh for a very long time. Also has rubber on the bottom so you can just set it anywhere.

Pros: beautiful and makes a great cup of coffee with little fuss or mess. Brews very quickly.
Cons: Not many, because it’s a insulated carafe there is no hot plate, so turning back on the pot to reheat is not possible. Hot plates are always a mess so it’s a less messy design.

A very good coffee maker. Makes a pot very quickly and with seemingly great temperature control. A couple of caveats.
One, I missed the fact that there is no heater under the carafe which seems self explanatory given the thermal carafe but I missed so others might as well. It is important that you set the lid to the carafe in a closed position when making the coffee so that it stays hot.
Two, the WiFi connection coupled with the App is great. I like the flexibility of schedule creation this offers and is a big reason I really enjoy this coffee maker. However, if power is lost, you have to reset the WiFi settings which is quite inconvenient.

I usually don’t bother to write a review for any product, but I am very disappointed with this coffee machine. As a simple drip coffee machine that costs more than $300, I would expect it to last at least a couple of years. However, right after a year mark, the machine stopped working for me. It kept giving the Error 4 message. I tried to unplug and plug back in to let it complete the brewing, but the coffee is just not hot(only 140F). Now the unplug trick won’t work either. There is no instruction on how to troubleshoot this error. I tried to contact the cafe customer service, they don’t even know! The customer service agent had to look up the manual and found out there is no guide for this error. She guessed it might be either the sensor or the heating part is broken. Because it is right after 1 year warranty, they won’t provide anyway to help fix it! The answer I got is that they don’t accept small appliance?? What kind of answer is that? Isn’t your whole brand based on making small appliance?? I would suggest everyone to avoid this brand. With the same price, I would definitely choose Breville over this next time! Now I have to figure out where to dump this useless machine.

This coffee maker is a clear liter in the high-end coffee maker market. It has internal filtration, and is easy to program and using daily living. This was bought to replace a Technivorm, another high-end product that just wore out after 10 years. Mechanically it’s still worked, but the coffee just didn’t taste good anymore. The first pot with this coffee maker, both my wife and I noted how good it is.

Absolutely overpriced and we even got it for $250 instead of $350.
1) The carafe is not stainless steel, so it stays warm for maybe 10min and then you need to reheat the coffee cup in the microwave.
2) We had it only a month and make 6 cups once a day. The coffee taste has already changed which indicates it is time for descaling. We used to own a Delonghi for 5 years and we descaled it once every 6 months. So this one seems very high maintenance.
The coffee taste is good which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. It’s definitely not worth the price and the trouble.

This coffee maker is simply a nightmare, if you like hot coffee don’t buy it.
I bought it and after a month I returned it, the coffee stays hot for an hour, after that you have to make another one.
I have a NINJA coffee maker that keeps my coffee hot for 4 hours, you can program it and even after 2 hours it remains hot unlike this one.
The design of this coffee maker is incredible, it matches any kitchen, but it is not worth the price.
Don’t waste money on this brand.

I purchased this coffee maker alongside a BEST BUY product protection plan. The coffee maker has ceased functioning. My product protection plan is still valid however, I will not be able to get a replacement coffee maker unless I come into a store. HERE IS THE THING: THE COFFEE MAKER WAS PURCHASED ONLINE BECAUSE I NEVER LEAVE MY HOUSE DUE TO A MEDICAL CONDITION. BEST BUY fails to tell you up front (apparently the clause is buried in section NINE of the plan) that they will not honor the plan unless you come into a store. IF THIS WAS STATED UP FRONT, I would have never purchased the plan OR the Coffee Maker from this store.

It’s easy to operate, clean, program. I think I like the most about it is it doesn’t have a hot plate to keep the coffee warm because it’s an insulated coffee craft. Once the coffee comes out hot into the craft, it stays hot for six hours plus, which in this house it doesn’t need to last that long.

Loved this coffee maker and worked well just Past warranty. Then when i descaled, error messages came up. No where to go to see how to remedy. Was walked thru a partial solution. Then for 10 cups I’d have to push brew 3-4x for the pot to brew. Then stopped completely. Received a replacement thru store manager. It worked for 3 months then error messages began again. Took it back and received full refund. Bought a stick vacuum cleaner. Very disappointed in quality.

It’s a good looking sleek coffee pot however the reason why I purchased it was because I was looking for a pot that made the coffee really hot. This one is not the one for that.
There is no heating plate. When the coffee comes out, it’s not but not smoking hot like when you get it from Dunkin.

I have owned this since Dec 2020. It has worked well and is reliable. Sometimes, I ran into issues with the grinds overflowing and making a mess, but that might have been due to the coffee itself. Hard to say.
Can’t put more than 3 scoops of coffee into it without it overfilling. It wasn’t always like this, but has been this way for about 6 months.
I’ve descaled it a few times. Easy process.
Can’t make more than 4 cups reliably at a time without grounds overfilling or coffee tasting watered down.

This was a fantastic coffee maker…for almost 2 months! 5 days before it was 2 months old it randomly stopped brewing. Tried everything that the manufacturer suggested. Nothing worked.
Hopefully Best Buy lets me return it for a refund or replacement without having to wait on the manufacturer since I don’t have the packaging anymore.
