Bought this wine cooler and have had nothing but problems with it. Had it replaced once under warranty but now it’s out of warranty and after paying a $59 service call, they want $450 to repair the circuit board. The temperature keeps going from fahrenheit to celcius then the lights go on and off. And, I am unable to get the thermostat to move. For what this unit cost I am extremely disappointed with it’s performance.

I keep setting the temperature at the recommended temperature but it will not stay. Two days after it was installed everything got frozen in the fridge and had exploded and made such a mess. I am so frustrated with it.

Researched many different wine coolers and many different vendors. Best Buy was able to price match and provide the Best Buy guarantee. Had it delivered to the store in case it was damaged during delivery, saving us the problem of repacking and returning. The sales man was knowledgeable about the Avanti and recommended it. I will have be more knowledgeable after we receive it and have been able to enjoy it for a while.
