A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Funny to read the negative reviews here and elsewhere, You have to lift the half ring around the center part, push it on HARD, and flip that lever down to create the suction that holds it down. It’s not going to work if you just push it on. Oh, and smooth surfaces ONLY. While it might hold on some lightly rough surfaces, it will not work on very rough surfaces as it needs the smooth surface to create the seal. There is a different company that uses attachment devices like these for car bike/ski/kayak racks!

I purchased this same mount last year and have never had a problem with it. As long you clean the surface and make sure you press down firmly and lock it in place, it will be firmly attached and, at least from my experiene, will not come off.

Aside from the other mounts, selfie stick or other. This is the best mount to buy, don’t skimp on offbrands those don’t hold as tightly as the original gopro branded suction cup. I have even attached a dslr with no problem. It can handle the weight.
