A. SHIPPING COSTS

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. TRACKING

F. Cancellations

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

Purchased this because it was white. The first machine was very difficult to connect to WiFi. We have EERO and a good internet connect. The machine at some point started to smell like wires burning and the liquid display stopped working. Contacted the manufacturer who stood behind the product and shipped out a new one. The new one they shipped would not connect to WiFi and stopped working complete. I have never experienced a product that is this terrible. Save your money. Purchase a different model. We have other Keuigg and never had this kind of issues.

Would be 4 stars but the machine sometimes thinks a new coffee pod is an old one. It won’t brew if it thinks it’s an old one. So I have to just trick it by using the hot water option. Also, the water tank connection is kind of flimsy/fragile. Other than that, it looks nice and there’s 4 cup sizes.
Why do we need wife and an app for a coffee pot? World is going crazy. Should have just went with a basic one.
