Returns

My wife is a coffee ‘snob’ if that means anything. She likes all thpes of coffee, and buying this for her was everything she could have wanted. I also got her some Nespresso pods from amazon to use as the espresso, and she has loved those as well. Works very well, and its insane how fast it brews coffee compared to the traditional pour over. Im not a fan of coffee, but even i enjoy this. Also very easy to use, and having a delay button to program up to 24 hrs in advanced is wonderful . Really cant say enough good stuff about it.

This coffee works great. I enjoy the different settings it has for the pods. It’s easy to use once you flip over the instructions. The attachment for the frothier is so convenient. The only con I would say is that in pod mode it is loud when it’s pre heating.

This has been a great little coffee/ espresso maker, it’s very convenient. you have multiple options of what sizes you want, which was important to us, cuz I like a 16 oz travel coffee mug but my wife likes expresso. I will update the most important factor, which is the durability and how long it lasts, but so far so good very good value for the money

This works perfectly! My husband got it for me since I broke the carafe of my older Ninja Coffee Bar and I wanted go upgrade. It is simple to use on the espresso side and holds the used cartridges. It makes brewed coffee quickly and keeps it warm if desired. There are many different brewing sizes, from a small cup to the whole caraffe. The only downfall is that the brew section opens from the top, and my old one slid out the front. It is too tall to open under my cabinet, so when using the brewing option I have to pull the unit out further on the counter.

I purchased this product around 16 months ago for the flexibility of using both the standard coffee pot / drip coffee experience and the espresso pods.
Shortly after the one year warranty expired, water started leaking from the body of the coffee maker when coffee was created. At first I thought this came from the pod itself spraying off-center from the nozzle, but instead it looks like the machine itself cannot withstand the pressure / heat generated.
SharkNinja verbalized that this is a known problem, both on the left basket side where drip coffee is produced and on the espresso pod side on the right, but would not replace the machine as their warranty only lasts one year.
For the amount of money this costs and as poor a warranty as is offered, I will be purchasing from a different brand going forward. I really like their blenders, but their coffee machines do not meet quality standards.

This coffee maker is one of the greatest things I have ever ever purchased for my home. I Had the Keurig version of this machine, and absolutely hate K cups. We had a standalone Nespresso machine also, and being able to consolidate two machines into one is great. It lets you program the Nespresso for several different types of pours, including over ice, and you can easily brew espresso while brewing coffee at the same time. The item looks great in the kitchen and is very easy to use.

Our Ninja luxe espresso and coffee 3 in one coffee system arrived last night. I ran a double shot through as a wuick test. A+. Got up thos morning made a cinnamom honey latte with almond milk and a classic cup of coffee! I have been a 100% Breville Barista Espresso fan. Their prices are too high. I don’t get consistent great shots! So as mine that I have had since 2013 started failing I did some research and found this Ninja ratings. Notably another Breville fan stated how much easier it wad to make a cup of coffee with this machine!! I AM SOLD ON NINJA luxe espresso and coffee machine!!

This Ninja coffee machine is phenomenal. Sleek, easy to use and the ability to make full pots or individual espresso with the Nespresso side.
Love the integrated coffee scoop and the water reservoir is easy to grip and refill.
I also love the open/close feature on the full pot which keeps coffee from dripping onto the heating element and keeps it clean!
I do wish they offered a thermal carafe for the full pot side.

I still had a little Coffee Mate 4 cup coffee maker. My coffee beans were not happy having their reputation besmudged. What was I doing with life! This coffee maker is amazing!
