Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I love this coffee maker! I use the carafe to make a pot of coffee everyday before work. I set the delay brew and I have fresh coffee when I get up. Late afternoon I make a K-cup, and when I had to drive a couple of hours on a trip, I filled up my travel mug with my favorite coffee and enjoyed my trip. I would buy this coffee maker again in a heartbeat. In fact, I got a similar one for my sister. She just didn’t want the K-cup feature. Both versions are great!

Removable reservoir for the K-cup side is the best! Adjustable sizes for K-cup cups is terrific. Lid over the carafe side opens too tall for cabinets above but other than that this is a great coffee maker.

I’ve had this coffee maker for a few weeks now, and at this point I am very happy with it. I’m the only coffee drinker in the house so I didn’t make a carafe yet. I used K-Cups as well as the option for loose coffee. The coffee maker is very quick, yet the coffee is hot. Operation is very simple and intuitive and everything appears to be sturdy. So far, I have zero complaints. Definitely a good purchase for a fair price.

The coffee maker is very good, however, it arrived with a cracked carafe. I contacted customer service and was told I would have to either return the entire coffee maker to a store, or ship it back for a replacement. I only wanted to replace the carafe. I live an hour away from the closest store, and do not have easy access to shipping. Also, I needed a coffee maker and the K-cup side was working fine. I ended up having to purchase a new carafe directly from Hamilton Beach.
The machine is great. Customer service was not so great about replacing the cracked carafe.

I love coffee and for that reason, I had to return this product. Long story short, they claim the coffee comes out at the perfect drinking temperature – what they really mean is lukewarm. I’ve tried to like this machine, but you have to microwave the cup after it pours to get it to a hor temperature. Overqll, it does the job, but at this proce point I expect better. I returned this and bought the keriug duo essentials for cheaper, it makes way better coffee.

Absolute garbage. Not even 2 months old and quit working. Contacted customer service only to be told the following:
For optimal performance, both needles should be cleaned after every use. Please ensure the unit is flushed with water before adding the needles back to the appliance.
Who cleans a coffee maker after every K cup use with a suggested paper clip no less!?
But they were kind enough to let me know they welcome my design suggestions.
