Returns

Great coffee maker with many options. I have always enjoyed the Ninja coffee makers, and this one has been the best so far. It does take a little getting used to, so make sure you follow the directions. The ability to go from pods to coffee filter is effortless. I ended up purchasing reusable coffee filter and pods so that I do not have to keep using plastic, and so that I can use my own, favorite coffee and fresh grounds.

So, I love this Ninja – DualBrew Pro, however, we have gone through two of them in a very short time frame. The first one lasted about a year & 1/2 and the second one lasted 7 months! Both of them had the same issue, pump issue. It was also only when using a k-cup that the pump did not work. If you wanted 12 oz cup of coffee, you got only 4 oz. When making a carafe, it worked just fine. This is our third try but we love it so much it’s worth it. Makes a beautiful cup of coffee, smooth, easy to use, love the options of using an actual k-cup, using ground coffee in a pod, frothier, and cold brew. Great machine, just hope the 3rd time is a charm.

I have become a huge fan of ninja brand. they have excellent customer service. this coffee pot went beyond my expectations. tons of really cool features and it looks sleek in my home. I love the added bonus of the frother on the side ( this coffee maker bruise a cup of coffee in about 90 seconds. It is delicious and hot and absolutely perfect. It does take a little bit to learn all of the buttons because it does a lot of different things.

This is great. I do not use the coffee pods. But I do over ice and classic brews all the time. The tank can be moved to the back or side. I have made teas with the water and instant soups that need hot water. Plus I used the hot water for hot chocolate.

I love this coffee pot. It’s versatile and allows me to brew a K-cup or whole pot when I have company. Love the iced coffee option and frother. Only downside to the unit is there is no drip plate. It leaves a mess and splashes dripping coffee on the wall it sits next to.

This coffee maker is by far the best option for people who want to be able to brew either a single cup or full pot. Though you can use pods, I prefer to use a filter and my own coffee for any size cup, and the thermal carafe version is only available at Best Buy as far as I can tell. It’s not just the variety of size brews available. I have tried multiple coffee makers and the Ninja uses the right temperature hot water to brew coffee perfectly. The difference is noticable and I am not a coffee snob.

It looks beautiful and works great for about 2 years. The Kpod stopped working, then the regular brew started taking forever and i have grounds in my coffee, now it leaks coffee for hours. I tried cleaning it, looked on you tube for advice, bought a specific calcium deposit cleaner and it did nothing. Cannot return or get replaced at this point.

Machine died shortly after additionally purchased bb warranty expired, and Best Buy was unable to honor it. Needless to say, its pretty didappointing to have paid $300 (item plus bb warranty) for a COFFEE MAKER that only lasted 2.5 years. I tried to look up possible repairs and saw many other people who went through the same thing with this coffee maker. I gave it 2 stars because it had nice features and was a nice machine in the short time it lasted, but given their track record with this design and how many others i saw struggling with this issue, I’d say there’s a pattern and its not worth the risk of wasting your money. The issue is that it will power up and start warming up, and then shuts off right when it starts dispensing the water/coffee.

I love this unit. I can use it for K-cup or drip brew coffee. My wife can have instant hot water for a cup of tea and we can both have a bowl of hot cereal or oatmeal using the same thermal hot water function. No more worries about “Hey, honey, did you turn the tea kettle off on the stove?” Had a service issue early on but Ninja (Shark) replaced it quickly and with minimal hassle.
