Returns

If I can give less than one star will do it, I purchased less than a month and it’s not working properly and grinder taking forever I went back to Best Buy they refused to take it back or exchange it because return policy 14 days I’m really disappointed!! I’m a lover of Cuisinart and the same goes for my third Auto grind coffeemaker but with one caveat – The quality of product, more specifically, the parts has gotten cheaper. While I do really enjoy this product, after the second usage two springs popped off the cup holder that catches the grinds. Fortunately, it hasn’t affected the grind and brew.
All in all, this is a good product for the price just be mindful of taking extra care of the removable/washable parts; they can break easily.

Coffee pot leaks everywhere when you pour the coffee. It is loud. Coffee is weak even using strong coffee beans because you can’t fit very many beans in the container. Terrible product.

I’ve been using this for about three months now. This coffee maker is only so so. The built in coffee grinder seems like a good idea. Unfortunately it doesn’t grind the coffee fine enough for a rich/dark pot of coffee. Trying to find the right amount of coffee to put in the filter is also a challenge. Too little and the coffee is really weak. Too much and the filter overflows and you get a pot full of grounds. Carafe doesn’t pour well either. It does make a hot pot of coffee. So many don’t heat the water enough. If I was to start over, I would have bought something different.

I’ve had this product for 3 years and used it almost every day. It’s works great for the price and I utilize the grinder almost exclusively. I will say the the grinding needs to be as dry as possible and is not the most even but it saves a lot of time to doing it separately. If you want a good, classic, cup of Joe this is the product for you.

Brews okay. Bean grinder function is very cumbersome, given that steam from brewing enters grinder area, requiring washing that out, as well as grounds basket, after every brew cycle. Also, no option to adjust brew strength or temperature of carafe.
I would not buy this coffee maker again, although I would buy other Cuisinart products.

Everything works according to the design but:
1. brewed coffee isn’t as hot as it should be even using special button for 1-4 cups.
2. grind mechanism is always wet so it makes a big mess if you choose to use it with beans.
3. not choosing to use the grinder and using ground coffee does not brew good coffee (maybe because it’s not hot enough)
