Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

This is an exact replacement of my previous coffee maker, which lasted 7 or 8 years. I am glad that there are no new settings or technological “improvements”. Sometimes, a product is just mature in its development, and it should be left alone. It makes coffee. That is all it needs to do.

I have literally tried 4 different coffee pots over the last year and a half. Keurig, Krups, Black and Decker, Mr. Coffee, all of which disappointed me in various ways. Most of them dribbled coffee EVERY time you pour, one of them overflowed and made huge messes randomly. It was a nightmare.
This coffee maker by Cuisinart is the first one that I have no major grips about. It makes a great cup of coffee! The pot is big enough for the whole family. The coffee stays hot for at least 4 hours (which is mostly enough) and most importantly, it doesn’t make a mess!
It’s not exactly fast. It can take 15 minutes to brew a pot. But that’s nothing compared to the disasters I’ve experienced with other pots. Plus, you can program the thing, so it can have the coffee done when you wake up.
Thanks Cuisinart! Please never change this pot, just make it forever so I can buy another one when this one breaks down.

Disappointing. I was just replacing the older model of this same unit, here is the problem, they went to a shower type water drip system. Great idea, bad functionality. It is too fast and the grinds climb over the top edge of the filter because there is too much water! I have been using the same amount of coffee in the grinder for 10 years, now I have to cut back the amount to try and prevent getting grinds in the coffee pot. Speaking of which, the coffee pot drips onto the counter when pouring a cup of coffee. Only way I have found to prevent that is pour very slowly.

Best tasting coffee everytime! I’ve tried a couple of different coffee makers and this one has been worth it.
It’s basic enough to use, but still has plenty of features to make my morning coffee more enjoyable. My favorites are being able to adjust the coffee temperature and also, being able to grab coffee mid-brew without the coffee spilling out still.

Brews fairly quickly, and having the “bold” brew option is a nice touch. Being able to program the start time so coffee is ready when I get up is a bonus also.
I had my last 12 cup Cuisinart for around 8 years, so I’m good for a while in coffee world.

This coffee maker is pretty solid. Run it every morning. Easy setup, and reliable like most Cuisinart products. I would recommend this for every day use, its also not super large. So if you live in a tight space, it should easily fit a 1ftx1ft space, and at least a spot thats 2ft tall (i say 2ft because of the steam/moisture). The mesh coffee filter is a nice addition and easy to clean for the folks who are more environmentally savvy. If you reuse coffee grounds for the garden, i recommend a plastic spoon to scrape em out.
Overall, i absolutely would recommend this. The price is a *bit* steeper than I’d like, but it was worth it, overall.

This has been my go to for years. The first one I bought in 2016 and it lasted years of daily use so in 2019 I bought another and it died after 4 years of daily use. Not bad so I bought a new one same model. This one lasted only a year to the month. Purchased June 9, 2023 dead on June 18th. The electronics are all haywire. Sad that the build quality has diminished so much. Not wasting my money on another one.

I have been on the Keurig K-Cup train for the last several years. However, I have never been totally satisfied because I like a strong, dark cup of coffee, and that was hard to achieve. I decided to switch back to a drip coffee maker. I decided to go with this Cuisinart. Oh my gosh, I love this machine. I can easily brew a strong, dark cup of coffee with the wire mesh filter. Secondly, I love the speed of this coffeemaker. Additionally, it is a beautiful machine that really dresses up the kitchen. The reasonable price closed the deal for me. I will never go back to a Keurig.

This coffee maker is a really good choice and why I replaced old with a new one without any hesitation. The only thing this one doesn’t have that the old one had was a ding that let you know that the coffee had finished brewing and when the coffee maker was turning off.
