Returns

While the system itself is incredible, the system is also faulty. There are times where the disc isn’t Eve showing up on the system, there are times where the system cuts on or off on its own and we are left highly confused despite us changing the system settings to not power on upon login.

Upgraded from the Xbox series S by purchasing a PS5 I think I made the right choice. Gaming on this PlayStation is the best, especially with how they made the controller. The only thing I don’t like about my PS5 is that the game Forza horizon is not available to PlayStation because it is a Xbox only game, but I could always just hop on my Xbox whenever I want to play that game other than that PlayStation is great. The store employee was very friendly and he even told me that I made a good choice on purchasing the PS5.

We were very excited to upgrade to a PS5 after 10 years on a PS4. This product has been unfortunately problematic. The PS5 will draw a lot of power causing the breaker to trip. We’ve tried putting on different circuits and had the same issue. We also tried using a battery back up so that if the breaker trips we have time to reset it before the PS5 shuts off. This is when we discovered it’s tripping itself.
