B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Backstory: Joined a wine club and needed a cooler for white wine.
Research: Read all reviews from other sites that sold this model and was all mixed up and confused.
Purchased anyways as it was in my price range.
Result: Read the guide and did what it said. Leave upright and don’t plug in for 24 hours. Modified interior by removing basket on bottom and lowered top shelf one notch. Plugged it in and cooler automatically dropped down to 39 degrees. (Perfect for me). I am able to fit 3-4 bottles of wine on each shelf. Wife can put 6-8 Snapples/Soda cans on bottom to free up some space in the fridge.
Noise: It’s like the vending/ice machine room in a hotel. It does hum when keeping temp. Don’t put it in a bedroom. We have it in our hallway off of our living room where we keep our bar. Can’t hear it unless we are in the hallway when it’s running.

Bought this as a birthday present for my sister. She loved it upon arrival. But after a couple weeks, she is finding the unit to be inconsistent with the temperature. She would set it for a specific temperature only to find the unit at a higher temperature a couple hours later. Not sure what is happening, but I don’t think I would purchase this item again.

Gave this as a gift to my husband less than three years ago and the outer glass has completely shattered. No impact to the door, randomly we just heard crackling. This refrigerator has been kept in our kitchen and there is clearly a manufacturing defect with the door. The unit also had trouble regulating temperature and would produce a lot of condensation. Neither Best Buy or Wine Enthusiast would refund or replace the door. Do not waste your money on this!
