F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

My Breville Smart Oven is the best countertop oven I have ever purchased. I have been buying “toaster ovens” for over 50 years and finally found the perfect match for my kitchen. It is a very well made, multipurpose, and easy to clean smart countertop oven. I use it multiple times every day for toasting, cooking, baking, and reheating instead of my big oven. It heats up quicker and automatically turns of after cooking the meal.

This review is for the Breville Smart Over Pro.
We bought this to replace our 20-year old Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven Broiler, which was worn out. The Breville toaster oven is well built. The controls are easy to understand and use. The spring on the door is strong. If you let go when you are closing it, it will slam shut. Magnets on the door will pull out the grate, if the grate is in the middle position. There are three positions possible with the grate – high, middle, and low. You use the middle position for toast.
Many people complain about the toasting time. Well, that is the trade-off with a device that serves two functions, both a toaster and an oven. The bread is necessarily farther from the heating elements in a toaster oven than it would be in a toaster, which only does one thing. Toasters only toast. Toaster ovens need more space in order to also be ovens. I use a dense, whole wheat bread for breakfast. It takes 6.5 minutes to lightly toast it in the Breville. In my Cuisinart toaster it only takes 4 minutes.
When making toast, the oven light will come on when there are 30 seconds left in the toasting cycle. You can see the toast on the inside of the machine. If it is too light, you can turn the bottom dial clockwise to add more time (by the second). This is a welcome function. You don’t have to wait for the cycle to finish.
The crumb tray is accessible from the front of the machine. It includes a twelve-inch square baking pan with a broiler insert. It also includes a 13-inch round pizza pan. The oven has a curved extension in the back to accommodate the pizza pan.
The Breville Smart Oven Pro is a worthy replacement for our excellent Cuisinart toaster over. You will enjoy using it.

This is a cautionary note to everyone about how Breville operates. You have been warned. If you have ANY problems with the unit (minor malfunctions, breakage, etc.), you will be forced to pay more than your unit is worth to ship it to them and back for servicing, (plus the cost/hassle of finding a large shipping box). To the point, Breville does not provide ANY spare parts for purchase. Zero. We requested 4 glass/ceramic heating element covers, (all had shattered during shipping) and Breville’s Customer “Support” reps (Michelle and Renee) informed no parts are available and that we must ship the unit for repairs ($100-$150 each way). The other option they gave? A 30% discount off a new unit. Imagine if car companies operated like this? Bottom line, Breville’s business model appears to be “use until broken, throw away, and buy another one.” Caveat emptor everyone ….

First oven I received, the fan was lose and rattled. Breville sent a replacement over. Little over a year and the fan is rattling on this one. Toasts bread unevenly – top is done, bottom is not. Great when it worked but poor quality design with the circulation fan.

I haven’t even had this toaster oven a month yet & already hounding me for review. So far I haven’t had any issues with this purchase. I’m getting used to the function buttons. Haven’t actually had a chance to cook a chicken or a roast in it yet. My concern is in how hot the top of the toaster oven gets when I use it. For 15-20 minutes. Because the bottom of my upper cabinet gets super hot. I’m going to give the product 3 star rating.

I love everything about this oven. This doesn’t heat up your kitchen like a regular oven. In the summer months, we only use this…instead of heating up a non a/c home. The only thing not too great is the longevity of these. I’m on my 3rd one now since 2016. the last one lasted 5 years, however for the past 1.5 year was using with several different issues. This is my go to all day every day.

This was my 2nd oven, 1st lasted 13 years worked great until door dropped open to counter but still worked. Used it all the time, hardly ever used stove oven. Gave it to a friend who fixed the door somehow & still using the oven. I wanted to replace with new one with inside light & worked great for maybe 20 months then fan started making very load noise and 2 weeks later just stopped working. Now I just have an expensive toaster oven. Even tried some utube fixes for this common problem and didn’t work. Loved my Breville but will never buy another again.
