B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Its a great straight-to-the-point coffee grinder. Easy to use and assemble. Easy to wash too with the “blade” in it too. There was only one color option which was red but I didn’t mind it, as it gave a small accent to the kitchen. But anyways, it grinds up coffee beans easily and it can grind it however you want them to be (just depends how long you have them grinding). Its a push down to start mechanism and it leaves our coffee grounds coarse for our french press. Seriously, its a great grinder. I would definitely buy again.
