B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Bought this to replace the electric cooler that I was using in my commercial truck. This unit provides great refrigeration and I no longer have to worry about my food spoiling as it keeps its temp unlike the plug in coolers. It is a bit heavy and not something you want to drag in and
out of a vehicle. The LED read out is a great feature to monitor the temp and the unit is easy to operate and quiet running. I am on my second year of usage and this unit rarely gets turned off. A great buy!

Bought this for my 4×4 for camping trips. We now use it to hoard frozen food during the pandemic. It’s been working as a freezer for 3+ months now in the house.
What I love about this unit is the dual power plugs. In the car, I have it running off of AC. When I turn off the car, it automatically goes to my deep cycle battery in the trunk for DC power. Lower cost fridges have one plug, so it can’t switch.
My only complaint is the housing is not durable. I pack a lot of stuff and now my fridge is scratched up. Also inside, I see rusty stains in the seams if I don’t clean is up right away.
We really enjoy having a fridge while camping. Melting ice is not cool. See what I did there?

I bought this mini fridge for a cabin house. I have it all set up with solar power. I love how low the energy consumption is. The food I store is nice and cold, and have use it both as a fridge and freezer and it’s been great. It even has a low fan speed mode for extra energy savings, and a fast freeze when you want to get stuff frozen asap. I wish I would’ve gone with the model that has two separate compartments to have one for freezer and one for fridge, but for mobile home, campers, van life, and solar power users, this is a must have.

For anyone reading this review: I have owned this fridge/freezer for a little over a year and it is THE BEST fridge out there!!! I have been using this fridge/freezer EVERY month for over a year, and it has NEVER gone down on me or given me the slightest bit of trouble!!! It is VERY sturdy and solidly well made!!! I wish I had found this years ago. I would recommend this to anyone who travels and wants to have a great fridge to travel with and plug into your car, truck, RV, etc.! In addition to the EXCELLENT quality….it also has a latch on it so you can padlock it shut, and you literally can lower the temperature and use it as a freezer instead of a fridge. Once it is plugged in, it cools very rapidly! I couldn’t ask for a better fridge.

I purchase this fridge when it arrived on the bottom have been smash doing delivery. I want to return but when I open the box I have to destroyed the box

This fridge is super quiet, super reliable, draws very little power and is rugged enough to handle some hard 4 wheeling in our Jeep. Replaced our ice chest and we love it. Should have done this sooner.

When l first took it out of the box, l was a bit disappointed, but its performance changed my mind. I like the compact size and degree of freezing when set on auto mode. The only problem is the noise that is sometimes generated by the motor when it wants to pick up. Minus this, it is a great purchase. I can’t wait to try it on the road and would recommend it.
